Nuts.com

I just received my order of lovely gluten free flours from nuts.com.  As soon as I came home from work, I put together a recipe that I pulled from the air -floating above my equally lovely head- and voila...here it is.  It's too hot to eat just yet, but I'm counting the minutes till I can slice a piece.
