Spiced Yam Chips
2 Yams washed and sliced in 1/8" slices
Olive Oil
Cinnamon
Clove
Allspice
Sea Salt
Slice yams and place in large bowl. Rinse and drain. Place in bowl and pour 1/8 cup olive oil over slices, evenly coating. Place on cooking stone and drizzle remaining olive oil at bottom of bowl over slices. Sprinkle cinnamon, cloves, allspice and salt over slices, and bake @ 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes on top rack. You can turn slices over half way through baking. If you want extra crispy chips make sure to lower temp to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Because ovens vary keep a close eye on them to see how they look. Chips should be a golden brown color. However, if you just like spiced yam slices just bake for 30 minutes until tender. Enjoy!
